Phil has been a physiotherapist for six years, he completed his Sports Science (Bsc) Degree at Brunel University and holds a Sports Therapist Diploma. As a  former athlete, his career included competing in the British League with Havering A.C and he represented Essex as a sprinter, running in numerous championships with great success. Clubs he has been involved with include: Havering Mayesbrook A.C., Chingford Rugby Club and Essex Athletics.

INTERESTS:
Lie mainly in Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation, Athletic Development, both scientifically and physiologically.

Sarah is a Registered Physiotherapist (ph77316) with The Health Professions Council, a qualified Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer. She has been practicing at Benfleet Physiotherapy for the past six years.

INTERESTS:
Are very varied, they include: The development of Core Stability in a clinical setting, Weight Training and General Fitness.

Stuart Campbell, Benfleet physiotherapist, Essex  STUART CAMPBELL - B.Sc(HONS) - M.C.S.P.

Stuart qualified with B.Sc(HONS) at The University of East Anglia in 2005 and is a Grade Π Gym Instructor. He was previously a semi - pro footballer and this led him to work with Norwich City F.C. Academy and at First Team level. He set up Physiotherapy Science at Southend Manor F.C. and is currently working at The Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford. 

INTERESTS:
Include: Sports Injury Rehabilitation and Conditioning and Management of Long Term Conditions.

Gemma Tune, Benfllet Physiotherapist,Personal Trainer, Essex GEMMA TUNE

Gemma graduated from The University of Hertfordshire with a lst Class B.Sc(HONS) following a year at Luton University where she studied Sports Therapy.  She is a Personal Trainer and former athlete, competing at National Level before turning to Triathlon.  

INTERESTS:
Gemma is currently developing a screening program for young athletes with the aim to prevent future injury.

Kris Whitmarsh, Befleet personal trainer, gymnasium manager KRISTIAN WHITMARSH

Kris is Gym Manager and holds Premier Weight Training and Gym Instruction Certificates. He is an ASA  Level 2 Swimming Coach and is a Triathlon Level 1 Coach.

Kris has been County Swimming Champion numerous times and has attained National Standard at Fly and Front Crawl. He has competed at three World Triathlon Championships (Edmonton, Canada 1999), Montreal, Canada 2000 and Perth, Australia 2001. He was also part of the 2004 Olympic Triathlon Development Squad.
